President - Sherry Ferguson
Sherry is a native of Gwinnett County having attending Gwinnett County Public Schools K-12, graduating from Duluth High School. After high school, Sherry attended the University of Georgia where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. Sherry also holds a Master’s of Education in counseling and guidance from the University of West Georgia and an Education Specialist Degree in school counseling from the University of Georgia. Sherry has lived in Peachtree Corners since 2003 and is currently employed by Gwinnett County Public Schools as a professional school counselor.
Sherry enjoys serving as the president of the Dartha B. Ferguson Foundation, cheering on The University of Georgia in all sports, especially football, and is activity involved in her church. Since 2012, Sherry has served on the UPCCA Board of Directors as Secretary, Vice President of Programs, and President. Sherry is honored to serve the citizens of Peachtree Corners as UPCCA’s 2018 President.
Vice President - Matt Lombardi
Matt was born in Albany, Georgia, and raised in Fernandina Beach, Florida in a Marine Corp family. He moved to the Atlanta metro area in 1994, and currently lives in North River Crossing with his Partner Gary D. Caudill of 14 years. Matt has lived in Peachtree Corners for approximately 13 years, and has served on his HOA board for a total of 8 years. He is currently serving on the Membership sustainability committee. Matt recently accepted a position with Northside Hospital as a certified Sonographer, and has served in the medical field for 10 years. He is a member of Simpsonwood United Methodist Church. Matt enjoys his two dogs, a 12-year-old Labrador Retriever, and a 5-year-old French Bulldog.
Treasurer - Bill Russo
Bill and his wife, Kathy moved to Peachtree Corners in 1988 from New Jersey. Both of his children attended Peachtree Corners schools from kindergarten through High School. His wife, Kathy, is a retired Simpson Elementary School teacher. Bill’s background is in Accounting and Data Processing. He has a BS in Accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University, an MBA from Mercer University and is a graduate of The Chubb Institute for Computer Technology.
Bill is an Enrolled Agent, Tax Professional. He has served as Treasurer of the Revington Subdivision, is a regular volunteer
Secretary - Joan Smith
Joan Smith has been a resident of Peachtree Corners for two years. She is married to Dr. Walter Smith, a retired physician. Joan is a retired nurse and entrepreneur having owned several small businesses in nursing and aviation.
Joan’s passion is giving back to others. She has been an American Red Cross Disaster Nurse since 1968. In 1973 Joan helped develop the Paramedic and First Responder Program for the State of Georgia. From 1975 to 1980, she taught First Responder in the Gwinnett County Police Academy.
For the last 30 years Joan has server on several Board of Directors including the American Red Cross, Fayette County Hospital Authority, Fayette Domestic Violence and the Women’s Commerce Club.
Currently Joan is President of Lockridge Forest Civic Association where she lives. She has also just been appointed to the Peachtree Corners Arts Council.
Legal Counsel - Mike Murphy
Michael C. Murphy is a graduate of United States Air Force Academy and holds an MBA from Georgia State and a law degree from Emory Law School. He retired as a partner with the law firm, Troutman Sanders, LLP, an international law firm headquartered in Atlanta. He practices law as a solo practitioner with the law firm, Murphy Law Group, P.C. in Peachtree Corners. Mike has served as legal council for UPCCA for many years. He is chairman of the Gwinnett County Merit System Board. His wife, Mary Kay Murphy, is a member of the Gwinnett County School Board, and they have three adult daughters.
Business Membership - Jim Blum
Jim Blum has been a resident of Peachtree Corners since 2004. He is married to Kristina, who is the Chief Magistrate Court Judge for Gwinnett County. Jim is an attorney with Blum & Campbell, LLC, a Peachtree Corners based law firm. He has an undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and a law degree from Loyola University in New Orleans. The couple married a week after they both graduated from law school in 1994.
Kristina and Jim have a daughter, Merritt, who attends Norcross High School, and a son, Corbin, who attends Pinckneyville
Middle School. Jim is both active in the community and active in his personal life having recently achieved his black belt from U.S. Taido Karate and being a regular attendee at CrossFit Zanshin in Peachtree Corners.
Debbie is a native of Kentucky, but grew up in Indiana. She moved to Peachtree Corners in 1985, and is married to Mike Mason and has two grown sons, Matt and Nick. She spends her spare time gardening, volunteering in the community, and supporting her husband who currently serves as Mayor of the City of Peachtree Corners. As First Lady, Debbie's goal is to help Peachtree Corners citizens make memories through special events here in their own City. She helped create two local non-profit events, Peachtree Corners Festival in 2010 and Christmas in the Corners, Inc. (Parade) in 2013, and serves as

Chair for fundraising on both boards. Debbie also continues to serve on the boards of Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful, United Peachtree Corners Civic Association, and Fox Hill Homeowner’s Association.
Programs - Janice Crosby
Janice has lived in Peachtree Corners since 1986 when she was transferred from California to open the Metropolitan Insurance Company. Her education is in Business Administration from the University of South Florida. Janice is married with one daughter, Sara, who grew up in Peachtree Corners and now resides in New York City. In addition to being a Realtor since 1997 with Keller Williams Realty, Janice served on the River Station Subdivision Board and sits on the board of Peachtree Corners Business Association as Secretary.

Chris moved to the Atlanta metro area in 2011, and since 2013, he has worked for Exponation, which produces several trade shows annually throughout the U.S. His current role is Exhibitor Services Manager, assisting with the operation of each show. Prior to joining Exponation, Chris was a Writer/Editor for Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and has also served as a Senior Research Analyst at Chartwell, Assistant Sports Editor at The Meridian Star and News Reporter at WTOK-TV, where he earned first place for “Best Feature Photography” in the Mississippi Associated Press Broadcasters Association awards. Communications - Chris Brennaman
graduate of The University of Southern Mississippi with a bachelor’s degree in Broadcast Journalism, Chris also earned an MBA from Cumberland University in 2011.
He and his wife, Meigan, have lived in Peachtree Corners since 2015. A native of Kansas City, Chris is also an avid Royals and Chiefs fan.
Community Development & Special Programs - Bonnie Marshall
Bonnie has lived in Peachtree Corners since 1989 and is an Independent Consultant with Arbonne International and a part-time Accountant. She received her undergraduate degree in Business and Accounting from Elon University and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from University of N.C. at Greensboro.
She currently serves as Entertainment Director for the Peachtree Corners Festival and enjoys bringing quality music to our city. She also serves on the Outreach Committee for the Peachtree Corners Business Association. Prior, Bonnie worked in
the financial services industry as a Stockbroker and a Bank Officer in North Carolina. The move to Georgia with her husband, Jim Winters, brought about perhaps her most important career change; to stay home and raise their two daughters.Bonnie started her own business to educate individuals to live a healthier lifestyle and chose Arbonne International specializing in plant based products.
Gray Terry has been a resident of Peachtree Corners since 1989. He is married to Sharon, who is a Kindergarten Teacher at Simpson Elementary since the school opened in 1993. Gray is a Business Analyst/Privacy Compliance Officer with the Global Philips Healthcare Division. In addition, he is a Certified Arbitrator/Mediator with the State of Georgia and the Gwinnett County Jurisdiction.
The Terrys have 3 sons, Trey (Georgia Tech Graduate), Alan (UGA Graduate ) and Drew (Georgia Perimeter Sophomore),
Director at Large - Gray Terry
and all graduates of Norcross High School. The family are members of Peachtree Corners Baptist Church since 1991. They are residents in the Amberfield Subdivision and Member of the Fields Club.
Director at Large - Robert Hilburn
Robert has been a resident of Peachtree Corners for over 35 years. He attended local schools (Peachtree Elementary, Summerour Middle, Norcross High), graduated from Georgia Institute of Technology, and completed his MBA at Mercer University. Robert currently holds the position of COO in his company, We Are Technical, a local IT service company for small to mid-size businesses.
Robert has served on the Riverview HOA board as President, Vice President, and Communications. He volunteers with the
City of Peachtree Corners as a member of the Green Committee. Robert is also in line to be the President of the Peachtree Corners Rotary for the 2018-2019 club year.
